Project Scope: Correct/ Prevent damages from Sea Level Rise Flood Mitigation

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, was the Prime consultant responsible for the Roadway Reconstruction of over 0.9 miles of roadway along with SR A1A/ Indian Creek Drive (raised road 3-ft), the addition of a new 60,000 GPM Pump Station, New Drainage System with a 5200-LF 72-in trunk line, Seawall Replacement, New Signalization, and New Lighting. Harmonization of over 60 adjacent properties and 3 new signalized intersections, development of a Request for Proposal package with conceptual plans and design criteria as part of Phase I of this project.

SR 925/NW 3rd Court & NW 3rd Avenue from NW 1st Street to NW 8th Street + I-95 Connection Ramps

Project Scope: Roadway Improvements

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, was the prime consultant and managed staff and sub-consultants to ensure cost-efficient and timely improvements, as well as, designing and executing services originally identified, plans production, design, and contract document detailing for the RRR improvements of 1.3 miles along NW 1st Street. They provided Roadway improvements included incidental drainage, partial roadway reconstruction, signing and pavement markings, and multiple signalized intersections. 

SR 9/NW 27th Avenue from South of SR 934/ NW 74th Street to North of SR 932/ NW 103rd Street

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, Inc. provided engineering design services as a prime consultant for the Drainage Improvements at 23 locations along NW 27th Avenue. Ribbeck handled the design and plans production for the improvements of 2.3 miles including drainage improvements, partial Roadway Reconstruction, ADA Upgrades, Signal Improvements (multiple signalized intersections), and Signing & Pavement Markings Improvements.

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, Inc. provided engineering design services and plans production for the roadway and drainage component of the mobility improvements of 0.5 miles of sidewalk improvements including a new drainage system, partial roadway reconstruction, signing and pavement markings, and 1 signalized intersection. Ribbeck coordinated extensive harmonization between property owners, the Village of Biscayne Park commissioners, and over 80 residents and stakeholders.

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, Inc. were the drainage engineers on record responsible for the roadway reconstruction of 2-6 miles (raising roadway profile an average of 1.5-feet) along SR 907/ Alton Road. Ribbeck addressed drainage needs for both local roads and the State Roadway Facility (LaGorce Island) by providing the design of 3 new pump stations in the City of Miami Beach and executing extensive private property harmonization.
