Harmonization of over 60 adjacent properties and 3 new signalized intersections, development of a Request for Proposal package with conceptual plans and design criteria as part of Phase I of this project.

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, was the prime consultant and managed staff and sub-consultants to ensure cost-efficient and timely improvements, as well as, designing and executing services originally identified, plans production, design, and contract document detailing for the RRR improvements of 1.3 miles along NW 1st Street.
