Scope of Work: Correct/ Prevent damages from Sea Level Rise Flood Mitigation

REI Responsibilities: Roadway Reconstruction of over 0.9 miles of roadway along with SR A1A/ Indian Creek Drive (raised road 3-ft), the addition of a new 60,000 GPM Pump Station, New Drainage System with a 5200-LF 72-in trunk line, Seawall Replacement, New Signalization, and New Lighting. Harmonization of over 60 adjacent properties and 3 new signalized intersections, development of a Request for Proposal package with conceptual plans and design criteria as part of Phase I of this project.

Project Description: SR 9/ NW 27th Avenue Drainage Reconstruction Project

 

Scope of Work: 2.2 miles of drainage improvements, Roadway Reconstruction, ADA Upgrades, Signal Improvements, Signing & Pavement Markings Improvement

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, Inc. provided engineering design services as a prime consultant for the Drainage Improvements at 23 locations along NW 27th Avenue. Ribbeck handled the design and plans production for the improvements of 2.3 miles including partial roadway reconstruction, signing and pavement markings, and 4 signalized intersections

    SR-925/NW 3rd Court & NW 3rd Avenue from NW 1st Street to NW 8th Street + I-95 Connection Ramps

Project Description: SR 925/ NW 3rd Court & NW 3rd Avenue from NW 1st Street to NW 8th Street RRR improvements project.

 

Scope of Work: Roadway improvements included incidental drainage, partial roadway reconstruction, signing and pavement markings, and 12 signalized intersections.

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, was the prime consultant and managed staff and sub-consultants to ensure cost-efficient and timely improvements, as well as, designing and executing services originally identified, plans production, design, and contract document detailing for the RRR improvements of 1.3 miles along NW 1st Street.

Scope of Work: Address drainage needs for both local roads and the State Roadway Facility (LaGorce Island) 

REI Responsibilities: Ribbeck Engineering, Inc. were the drainage engineers on record responsible for the roadway reconstruction of 2-6 miles (raising roadway profile an average of 1.5-feet) along SR 907/ Alton Road, the design of 3 new pump stations in the City of Miami Beach and extensive private property harmonization.
